Offering luggage storage, the 3-star Hotel Des Artistes Lyon lies in the Lyon City-Centre district of Lyon, about 1 km from the mansion Textile Arts Museum and approximately 10 minutes' drive from such cultural places of interest as Confluence Museum. This Lyon hotel also includes public parking.

Located merely 150 metres from Theatre des Celestins, the hotel is within a few blocks of the massive pedestrianized public square "Place Bellecour". The hilltop Fourviere can be found 17 minutes' walk from the Artistes Lyon. Guests might as well enjoy proximity to Parc des Hauteurs et jardins du Rosaire, which is a mere 0.8 km away. The modern hillside Gallo-Roman Museum of Lyon-Fourviere lies 22 minutes' walk away, and Bellecour tube station is in close proximity to the property. The Artistes is located 2.4 km from Lyon-Part-Dieu train station, while Passerelle - Palais de Justice bus stop is just 150 metres away.

Overlooking the pool, some rooms at the hotel feature a stone fireplace furnished with a sofa bed and a study desk. Guests will appreciate individual climate control and ironing facilities, and relax with a radio and a flat-screen TV. Most rooms have private bathrooms, and they come with a shower.

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was excellent, yet we stayed for 5 nights only. Its location was very central, easy walk to St-James. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a good area. Satisfactory and sensational breakfast, we really enjoyed eggs and meats.

I liked staff and location of the hotel. Close to a metro station, walking distance to a market and local markets. Again, I could reach Theatres Romains de Fourviere relatively near the property.
